Reservation Policy
Reservations will only be held for 15 minutes past the scheduled time. Should you arrive past the cut-off time, we may reschedule your ride for another time so as not to inconvenient timely riders. It is important to note that no refund will be given.
A deposit is required to book any ride. Should your group reduce in riders or you need to postpone, cancel, or otherwise modify your ride, you must notify us no later than 24 hours prior to the scheduled ride time. Absent notification, the charge for the booked ride will apply.
Trail Ride payments are due at the time of service.
Weight Limit Policy/Disabilities: Riders may not exceed 250 lbs. We will do our best to accommodate physical and/or mental disabilities subject to our insurance guidelines; however, instructor and/or guide may refuse, stop, or remove anyone from a ride in progress should he or she believes unsafe conditions exist.
We reserve the right to refuse service, stop service, and/or remove anyone from a ride in progress.
